View team performance metrics, success rates, and top performers at a glance
The Team Insights dashboard gives managers a comprehensive view of their team's sales training performance. It aggregates data from practice sessions and evaluations into actionable metrics.
The dashboard displays four key performance indicators:
The percentage of practice sessions where the rep achieved a passing evaluation score. This metric reflects how often your team performs well during training.
The mean length of practice sessions across the team, measured in minutes. Helps identify whether reps are engaging in substantive conversations or ending calls too quickly.
A measure of how effectively the team handles customer objections during practice calls. Based on the objection handling behaviour scores from evaluations.
The number of team members who have achieved a certification-level score across all evaluated behaviours. Certifications indicate well-rounded sales readiness.
Below the metrics, the dashboard lists the team's top performers:

Top performers are ranked by their performance score, making it easy to identify who is excelling and who might need additional coaching.
The dashboard calculates metrics for the current month by default:

Location-scoped managers automatically see only their location's data.
The dashboard queries data from several sources:
Metrics are calculated on demand. Recent changes may take a few minutes to appear.
Note: Team Insights are only available to managers, admins, and superadmins. Employees see their individual performance in their personal dashboard.
