How managers create a short staff brief, voice practice scenario, and assignments from source material
Guided training helps managers turn a timely situation into a short assigned practice task. Each guided training item includes:
Guided training is intentionally lightweight. It is not a full LMS course builder, and it does not create multi-lesson courses, certificates, quizzes, or SCORM packages.

In the assignment section:
Publishing creates a real Scenario and, if staff are selected, creates assignments for those users. Staff launch the training from their assigned practice area and complete it as a voice practice call.
Staff see the assigned training as a practice assignment. When they start it, Oliver shows:
After the call, Oliver saves the practice session and updates the assignment status automatically.
After publishing, return to Training Setup > Scenarios and open the report for the scenario. The assignment report shows:
Use the report to see who has completed the training and who may need follow-up.
Assignments can show these states:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The staff member has not opened the assignment yet |
| Viewed | The assignment has been opened |
| In Progress | The staff member has started practice |
| Needs Retry | The latest attempt did not meet the completion rule |
| Completed | The staff member completed the required attempt or met the target score |
If an assignment has a due date in the past and is not completed, it is treated as overdue.
