Knowledge Base launch, recent platform improvements, and upcoming changes
Welcome to the first edition of our "What's New" updates. Each month we will highlight new features, improvements, and changes to the Oliver AI platform.
The biggest addition this month is the feature you are using right now -- the Oliver AI Knowledge Base. This is a built-in help centre designed to give every user on the platform quick access to articles, guides, and troubleshooting resources.
Key highlights:
The Knowledge Base is available to all users from the main navigation. No additional setup is required.
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have introduced usage limits on AI-powered features including coaching chat and practice sessions. This prevents any single user from overloading the system during peak hours.
If you see a "rate limit exceeded" message, simply wait a moment before trying again.

We completed a comprehensive quality audit of the platform. This audit identified areas for improvement and is guiding our roadmap for upcoming releases, including better scoring validation and more consistent error messages throughout the platform.
