- Subscription counts -- Number of active trials and subscriptions
- Plan distribution -- Which billing plans are most popular
- Practice sessions -- Total sessions completed across all organizations
- Evaluations generated -- Number of AI evaluations performed
- AI usage consumption -- Platform-wide AI and voice usage

Superadmins can manage users across organizations:
- Navigate to Admin > Users.
- See all users with their:
- Name and email
- Role
- Organization
- Verification status
- Account creation date
- View user details -- Access full profile and activity history
- Modify roles -- Promote or demote users between roles
- Organization management -- Move users between organizations
- Account status -- Activate or deactivate accounts
Superadmins can view and manage all organizations:
- List organizations -- See all registered organizations
- Organization details -- View member counts, subscription state, allowance pressure, and activity
- Cross-org analytics -- Compare performance across organizations
Superadmins configure the billing plans and internal AI settings used by customer subscriptions:
- Navigate to the relevant admin billing or plan tools.
- Create, update, or deactivate plans where supported.
- Set pricing, seat limits, usage allowances, and descriptions.
- Monitor plan adoption and utilization.
