How staff complete a guided training assignment with a brief and voice practice call
Managers can assign guided training to help staff prepare for a specific situation, product update, objection, or customer conversation. Assigned training is short and practical: read the brief, complete the voice practice, then review your score.
Oliver opens the assignment overview first so you can read the brief, goals, due date, attempts, and target score. From there, select Start Voice Practice to open the matching scenario in Live Calls.
Before the call starts, Oliver shows a briefing page. This may include:
Read the brief before starting. The voice practice is scored against the training goals and scenario criteria.
Select Call to begin. Oliver plays the customer or prospect. Respond naturally, as if this were a real conversation.
During the call:
When the call ends, Oliver saves your practice session and updates your assignment automatically.
The assignment may become:
If the assignment says Needs Retry, open it again and complete another practice call.
Some assignments have a target score. If a target score is shown, aim to meet or exceed it. Oliver tracks attempts and the best score for the assignment.
If there is no target score, one completed practice call usually completes the assignment.
